Define the guidelines and guidelines to follow to accept merchandise returns and make product changes

SECTION 1. PURCHASE CANCELLATION:

If the order has already entered the preparation process for delivery, this option will not be available. However, you can click request cancellation, although this is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail confirming if the cancellation has been made. Orders already completed cannot be canceled, so neither of the two previous options will be available.
Please note that it is not possible to reactivate canceled orders. If you wish to receive any of the products that have been canceled, you must place a new order. Select the box corresponding to each product you want to cancel and the reason for the cancellation. If you want to cancel the entire order, select all the products. Click Cancel Selected Products. When you complete the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address associated with your account.

Legal Notice: The sale and dispatch of the products is conditional on their availability and the product’s stock. When the product is not available, Tapiruj Boutique will immediately notify the customer and return the full value of the price paid.
SECTION 2. EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF PRODUCTS:
You can request a return or exchange only within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise.
The refund will be made in the event that:
When the product has expired or is in poor condition.
The merchandise does not correspond to the order or specifications offered to the customer.
Items not eligible for return include:
Services.
Products on sale or discount through offers or coupons.
When the product has been received with visible defects (bumps or dents) and has signed for receipt.
When the product has been altered or modified by the customer.
When the handling or storage of the product was not adequate.

SECTION 3. RETURN OF PAYMENTS:
There are only three ways to make a payment refund.
