It is understood that when buying any of our products the customer accepts the terms, conditions and delivery policies specified below. The items offered by Tapiruj Boutique through the Tapiruj Boutique portal have the guarantee of the manufacturers of the brands it sells. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers.
The shipment of the items offered by the Tapiruj Boutique company are only within the territory of the Dominican Republic, that is, international shipments are not made.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
The delivery of merchandise in stock has a minimum period of 24 to 48 hours within the metropolitan area of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Deliveries within the country are coordinated with the customer. Shipments to the interior carry an additional cost of transport. For more details please refer to the transport tariff.
The client is obliged to provide the necessary information for the dispatch of the merchandise (i.e., address and time range). Any error or lack of information, Tapiruj Boutique will not be responsible.
In the case of houses, apartment towers and condominiums, the client is responsible for determining if the merchandise fits through the doors and corridors of the place where it will be delivered.
In the case of apartment towers and condominiums, when there is no freight elevator available, our staff is authorized to deliver merchandise up to the third floor only. In the case of not having a forklift that has the appropriate measures for loading the merchandise, the client is entirely responsible for renting a crane or any other mechanism to raise the merchandise to its final destination. We regret that we do not deliver to higher levels or floors without adequate access regardless of any claim from the seller or person making the delivery.
It is forbidden to ask Tapiruj Boutique staff to violate this delivery policy, or to subject the merchandise to transfer processes that put its integrity / quality at risk.
The company is not responsible for damage to merchandise due to unauthorized transfers or movements of merchandise, or that are not governed by the guidelines of this policy.
